| In Loving Memory... The artist drew this for Mark and gave it to him in Pontiac, MI on 9/22/04. Note from the artist: For those who don't know- The original drawing, (which Mark has), is a drawing of both his Mom & Dad... The one pictured in the link is variation of the original I did for him where I cropped in only on his mother and put the lyrics of "In Loving Memory" over top of it.... When I handed that one to Mark, (all framed up real nice!), he got pretty emotional and told me, "Man, you're going to make me break down in front of all these people!".... (sorry!) What a feeling to know that for that moment I made an impact on my idol almost as big as he has made on me! This is something I hope he'll cherish and always remember me by! I hope you all enjoy it as well.... Thanks again, Mark for all the inspiration.... "Love you, man!" ~eric |
